Held every three years at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the International Baking Industry Exposition is an event for professionals from across the global baking industry, with more than 1000 exhibitors. About the Area

IBIE is spread across the massive Las Vegas Convention Center, which was expanded last year. The collection of halls is one of the largest event spaces in the world, at more than 2.5 million square feet and capable of hosting events with upwards of 200 000 people. Located just off the Strip, and readily accessible by car, walking, or the Las Vegas Monorail, it is a great place for the industry to meet.

Making the most of IBIE

With a show floor of more than 1 million square feet, filled with over 1000 manufacturers and suppliers from across the baking industry, a successful show looks different for everyone. For some, it could mean engaging with a target number of great prospective customers. For others, it’s a chance to meet customers, suppliers, or even other colleagues face to face, which has become rare in recent times. The important thing is going in with goals in mind so that companies can make the most of the investment.

For us at Wherefour, the trip to Vegas has many opportunities. It’s the first event that we’re exhibiting at since the pandemic, so we’re looking forward to seeing many new and existing customers in person again.
