We provision a new account and provide training for you and your staff on how to configure your account to work best for your business.

We’ll also help organize, collate and migrate your existing data and help you make sure you have good standard operating procedures (SOPs) along the way. Your success is our success, so we’re here to support you!

We also have various onsite implementation and initial (or ongoing) training options available and can tailor an approach that meets the needs of your team.

Is Wherefour on-premise or a monthly subscription?

We’re a true cloud-based platform, so your data is secured and backed up continuously – one of the best benefits of a cloud system. Wherefour is a subscription and we can tailor your billing to what works best for you, with monthly, quarterly, annual or multi-year billing options.

Do I have to sign a contract or make a long-term commitment?

Not at all. We do offer discounts for longer-term payments, but we want to earn your business each month.

Can I pay for only the features I need?

Sure! We configure each account with exactly what you want.

We’re a co-manufacturer. Can we still use Wherefour?

Yes, the platform works great in a co-manufacturer/co-packer environment and we have many customers with co-manufacturing needs. Our software lets you provide enhanced production metrics, batch costing, lot tracking, ingredient traceability and CRM features to each of your clients.

What if we have more than one facility or legal entity?
